Nancy Schretter, Together for Good's Founder, is featured in a session entitled "Shorex and the Rise of Voluntourism" at Seatrade Global 2016, the cruise industry’s premier conference. This session covers how cruise lines and others are catering to travelers' interests in combining volunteer opportunities with leisure travel and ways ports can adapt and cater to this voluntourism trend.

The S.T.R.A.W. Inc. Center for Young Women is an organization that assists teen girls and young women throughout New Providence and the outer islands of the Bahamas. The organization operates an after/out of school youth development program that has impacted thousands of teen girls throughout New Providence and the Outer Islands of the Bahamas. Grand Bahama Island:

The Grand Bahama Children's Home cares for up to 40 boys and girls from infants through age 12. Exumas, Bahamas:

Island Routes offers visitors to the Exumas the opportunity to go on a Reading Road Trip and help local school children through their 'Community Routes Program.' Participants will interact with children at a local school, read a story to a small group of school children ages 3-10 years of age, and help school children improve their listening and comprehension skills.
